Physicians: Dr. Hans Ruiz Serna, certified by the Mexican Orthopedic Council. Dr. Raúl López Serna, spinal surgeon and neurosurgeon, AOSpine and EuroSpine member.
Protocols: Wharton’s jelly UC-MSCs, Muse cells, exosomes and PRP. Cell type, route and a weight-based dose set from your imaging and history.
Recovery: One to three days of monitoring at the Hospital Blue suites or Pueblo Amigo resort, with daily transfers, then remote follow-up at home.

Physician: Dr. Juan de Dios Velasco Solórzano, board-certified by the Mexican Council of Orthopedics and Traumatology, fellowship-trained in México, Colombia, the U.S. and Spain.
Protocols: The same formulary as Tijuana: Wharton’s jelly UC-MSCs, Muse cells, exosomes and PRP, dosed to your indication after a personal case review.
Recovery: One to three days of monitoring, beachfront at the Presidente InterContinental or Krystal Urban, with daily check-ins, then remote follow-up at home.
Getting there: Nonstop flights from 50+ U.S. and Canadian cities, often under three hours, no border crossing. The clinic is 20 to 30 minutes from CUN.
