Your personal coordinator

Expert coordination.

One dedicated coordinator from your first question through procedure, recovery, and the flight home.

A direct flight to paradise.

A bilingual coordinator meets you on arrival and handles every transfer, all under México's COFEPRIS framework.

  1. 01

    Direct into CUN.

Cancún International (CUN) receives nonstop flights from 50+ U.S. and Canadian cities, including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Toronto, and Vancouver, often under three hours. For most patients it's a single nonstop flight, straight to the coast.

  2. 02

    Concierge pickup.

A bilingual coordinator and private driver meet you at arrivals with a name placard and real-time WhatsApp updates, then take you straight to your hotel or the clinic, in your own language from day one. Airport transfers are included.

  3. 03

    Every transfer handled.

Transport between your hotel and each appointment is arranged for the length of your stay. The clinic sits roughly 20 to 30 minutes from the airport, in the Hotel Zone, and someone is with you for every ride.

Questions?

If your question isn't here, get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

Why would I choose Cancún over Tijuana?

If you can drive to San Diego, Tijuana is usually simpler and less expensive to reach. Cancún makes sense when a direct flight beats a connection to the border (for most patients east of the Rockies, in Canada, or in Europe), and when recovering somewhere restful matters to you.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

English is all you need. A bilingual coordinator is with you from arrival through departure, and the clinical team works with international patients daily.

How long should I plan to stay?

Plan for your procedure day plus a few days of recovery before flying home. Most protocols are outpatient and gentle; the extra days are simply for resting well on the coast. Your coordinator confirms the exact window once your protocol is set.

Is it safe to travel to Cancún for medical care?

Patients stay and are treated in and around Cancún’s Hotel Zone, one of the most visited and security-conscious tourist districts in México. From the moment you land, a coordinator and private driver handle every transfer, keeping your days private and door to door. We keep your itinerary simple, supported, and the same every day.

What about follow-up care after I return home?

Before you fly home you receive a written aftercare protocol. Your TrueCell coordinator stays your point of contact, and progress is tracked through remote check-ins at 2, 6, and 12 weeks by video or phone, the same follow-up every international patient receives, regardless of distance.

Will my U.S. or Canadian insurance cover any of this?

In almost all cases, no. Regenerative cell therapies are considered investigational in the U.S. and Canada and are generally not reimbursed by insurance, so treatment is self-pay. We provide itemized documentation for your records, though any reimbursement is at your insurer’s discretion.

Where exactly are procedures performed in Cancún?

All TrueCell procedures in Cancún take place at Centro Quirúrgico Mayan, inside the KUN Building in the Hotel Zone, a certified surgical facility with hospital-grade suites, anesthesiology, and imaging support.

Are the same protocols available as in Tijuana?

Yes. UC-MSC, Muse Cell, and exosome protocols are offered under the same clinical standards as our Tijuana location, and every protocol is reviewed by a board-certified physician before any recommendation is made.

How do I know TrueCell is legitimate?

A fair question to ask of any clinic abroad. Treatment is delivered at Centro Quirúrgico Mayan, a licensed surgical facility, by board-certified physicians working under México's COFEPRIS regulatory framework. Our Cancún orthopedic lead, Dr. Juan de Dios Velasco, has 470+ verified patient reviews on Doctoralia and a staff profile at Hospiten Cancún. You speak with a physician before committing to anything, and every plan arrives as a written, itemized quote, with clear, upfront pricing and time to decide.

What does treatment cost?

It depends on the protocol, cell type, and number of sites, so we don't quote a flat price sight-unseen. After a physician reviews your case on a complimentary consultation, you receive a written, itemized quote covering everything before anything is scheduled. Treatment is self-pay; many patients use HSA/FSA funds or medical financing.

How do I get started?

Book a free video consultation. A board-certified physician reviews your imaging and history and tells you honestly whether you're a candidate. If you are, you receive a personalized protocol and quote, and our concierge arranges flights, hotel, and transfers. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you.
