A seamless process.

From first call to follow up.

A board-certified physician reviews your imaging, labs, and history on a private video call, and discusses whether stem cell therapy is the right path for your case.

We send a detailed protocol and quote tailored to your case, then help you confirm your treatment dates and plan your travel window.

When you arrive, a private driver and bilingual concierge meet you and handle every transfer between the airport, your hotel, and the clinic.

Your stem cells are flown in fresh and collected by our team. The specialist physician administers your protocol in our private suite, with one to three days of monitoring.

When your protocol is complete, we see you off for your trip home. Our team remains available 24/7, with structured outcome check-ins for up to three years.

Common questions.

What conditions do you treat?

Joint and orthopedic indications (knee, hip, shoulder, spine, small joints), autoimmune and metabolic conditions, neurological cases, and longevity / vitality protocols. A physician confirms candidacy after reviewing your imaging and labs.

How are your stem cells sourced?

We use Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) from screened, consented umbilical donations. No embryonic tissue. Cells are cultured and verified for viability in our ISO accredited laboratory.

Is treatment FDA approved?

UC-MSC therapy is regulated by Mexico's COFEPRIS and is not FDA approved in the United States. Our protocols are conducted under Mexican regulatory authority by board certified physicians. We explain the regulatory landscape clearly during consultation.

How long until I see results?

Most patients report initial changes within 4 to 6 weeks and meaningful improvement at 3 to 6 months. Outcomes vary by indication, severity, and protocol. Aftercare check ins at 2, 6, and 12 weeks track progress objectively.

What does treatment cost?

Pricing depends on protocol, dose, and number of sites. Single joint UC-MSC protocols typically begin in the mid five figure range. High dose IV and multi joint packages are quoted on the consult call once a physician has confirmed your plan.

What about travel and recovery?

At both our Tijuana and Cancún clinics we arrange private transfer, an English fluent escort, and a curated recovery suite. Most patients fly home a day or two after treatment.

Is it safe to travel for treatment?

A fair concern. Both clinics sit in established medical districts, in Tijuana and in Cancún's hotel zone, and we handle all ground transportation through vetted private drivers, so your route is simply airport, hotel, clinic. The vast majority of our patients travel smoothly, start to finish.

What is the procedure actually like? Is it painful?

For most patients, far less than expected. Joint injections are done under ultrasound guidance with local anesthetic and typically take 20 to 40 minutes. IV protocols are a 60 to 90 minute infusion in a quiet, private room. Discomfort is usually mild and short lived. You walk out the same day.

Will I need more than one treatment?

Often, no. Many orthopedic and aesthetic protocols are designed as a single visit. Autoimmune, neurological, and longevity cases sometimes benefit from a second round at 6 to 12 months. Your physician discusses this openly during your consultation, not after you have already booked.

Do I need to stop my current medications?

Usually not, but a few categories matter. NSAIDs and corticosteroids are paused before and after most cell protocols because they blunt the regenerative response. Blood thinners may need a brief hold. Immunosuppressants are reviewed case by case. We send a clear, personalized medication plan with your pre-treatment instructions, in coordination with your prescribing physician.

Pack extra. Bring noticeably more of your routine medications than your trip length requires — ideally a few extra days’ worth in your carry-on, separate from checked luggage. Flight delays, an extended monitoring stay, or border-day timing can all push your return back a day or two, and a US prescription is simplest to refill at home, so pack your full course. Keep medications in their original labeled bottles when crossing the border.

What happens after I fly home?

Your case manager and the broader TrueCell team stay reachable 24/7 for up to three years after treatment. We send aftercare protocols, follow up on agreed timelines, and remain available for questions, concerns, or adjustments as your case evolves. You always have a real person to talk to.

Can a spouse, partner, or family member come with me?

Yes, and we encourage it. Companions ride in the same private vehicle at no extra charge, are welcome at consultations and visits where appropriate, and can book a room at our partner accommodations at a reduced rate. Most patients tell us the concierge support made all the difference.

What if my treatment does not work?

An honest answer: stem cell therapy is not a guarantee, and any clinic promising one is a clinic to walk away from. Candidacy review exists precisely to filter out the cases where the science does not support a likely benefit. For patients who proceed, we track outcomes objectively, and if response is below expectation we discuss adjuncts, a second round, or honest referral elsewhere.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. We work with medical financing partners that offer monthly installment plans for qualifying patients, often with same day approval. Wire transfer, major credit cards, and HSA / FSA where eligible are also accepted. Your concierge walks through options once a protocol is confirmed.
